Ganz einfach, wenn ein Radweg zu schlecht für die maschinelle Befahrbarkeit mit schmalen Räumfahrzeugen ist, dann darf er nicht als Radweg ausgewiesen sein. Wenn die Räumung am miserablen Zustand der Oberfläche scheitert, dann ist der Weg ebenfalls nicht für den Radverkehr geeignet.
