A ‘fun’ thing about living in Glasgow over the past few years is legitimately running late for things because of a superhero. I’ve had Batman, Batgirl, Indiana Jones who is obviously a superhero and now I am late for dinner because of Spider-Man.

We had the drains cleared for our place today and we live in a four-in-a-block. The main drain serves four households and it comes out at our place. Just apropos of nothing, if you pour chip fat down the sink, you will not see heaven.

I wrote this for work this week. Realising I have PMDD has changed my life entirely and understanding why I crash every month means I can give myself far more grace than I had been. I really recommend tracking your cycle, even just using a notepad or your notes app to keep up with your symptoms.
