A shout out to all those indie businesses out there today - it’s the last UK Christmas posting date and if they’re anything like me it’s all hands to deck!

Ren has most of a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design. Lynn has most of a nursing degree. Fiona, Vincent, and Leon all have Military Science degrees. And both Vincent and Fiona have monster hunter certificates.

Faerai learned all she knows from the other Fyrni of her warren. Delgrij holds genetic memories from who he's cut from and was taught additional duties needed to do his duties for the colony. Mitra learned on her own, with help from Parnamyr. Parnamyr learned on his own, with help from Mitra.

Fox never had a formal education. Her mother taught her while she was alive, then she had to pick things up on her own as she went. She is a curious person, so she has sought out knowledgeable experts in subjects she found most useful over the years. It gives her an eclectic skillset.

We made a mistake by calling the output of AI ‘slop’. In academia it is now looking much more like toxic pollution, on the verge of laying waste to previously fertile plains. Suing for royalties is only a small part of the battle.
