Eugenio Suarez is the 2nd worst defender by OAA. He's hitting .185/.264/.370 over his last 30 GP w/ 5 HR in that span. 4/5 came in 1 game. He's singlehandedly won the DBacks a couple games with his 4-HR & 3-HR outbursts. But he's killed them in every other contest. Promote Lawlar, you fools.

Update: Since 4/8 Dylan Beavers is now hitting .356 with a .996 OPS (174 wRC+) over 92 plate appearances. 16.3% walk rate, 13% strikeout rate (6.1% over his last 49 PA!), .178 ISO in that time. Whatever adjustment he made is looking like its sustainable, breakout season in progress.

Dylan Beavers has been on an absolute heater over the last 3 & 1/2 weeks, & he also went 3 for 5 with a 2B today. Beavers has slogged thru the last couple MiLB seasons, but has clearly unlocked more of his massive potential. His EV numbers in college were elite. Not surprised he found more power.

Devers is now 3-for-4 today after grounding a one-out, RBI single up the middle to score Duran and make it a 4-3 game. In his last 30 games, Devers is hitting .300/.409/.531. Entering today, his xwOBA since 4/1 was .447 -- 4th in MLB (behind only Alonso, Judge, and Tatis).
