If you haven't seen Kevin McGonigle's first-pitch homer from last night in the DR, fix that right now. Statcast had it at as a 98.1 mph fastball from Luis Severino. McGonigle sent it out at 110.4 mph and ... 461 feet. The No. 2 overall prospect reached in all four PAs as Detroit's leadoff hitter.

The Padres' Top 30 is defined by who isn't in it more than the prospects who are. But 2025 first-rounder Kruz Schoolcraft is intriguing as he focuses on the mound, a healthy Ethan Salas season (hopefully) loom and Miguel Mendez's breakout brings hope for more.
