Utter contempt and disrespect from Bruce McAllister. Cutting off the kid's mic and limiting his freedom of expression is one thing, but saying he should be spanked is a fireable offense from a supposedly neutral moderator. Bruce needs to be removed immediately.

Pedestrians, and drivers are human, we all make mistakes. In other jurisdictions when there is an accident they fix the design of the problem area. Let’s build a city where mistakes are not fatal. - Reduce speed limits - Divide modes of transportation with physical barriers not paint

"Good times" on the

commute this morning (0530 edition). Close passed on 12th street for no damn reason, and then on 45th avenue an oncoming car clearly had their head down and starting moving into my oncoming lane before swerving to correct. Cool cool cool.

River Hall in the downtown west end along the pathway system is a beauty. A much needed amenity that gets great usage. Such a shame that it is only running about 1 month this year (weekends only). I had no idea this weekend is the last one for it in 2025.

It looks like a dystopian land scape out side but it’s just the first day of school in Calgary; going into over crowded underfunded schools with book bans attempting to stop us from questioning what got us here and how to fix it.

: Nose Creek is high enough that the underpass crossing 32 Ave NE is closed. You'll have to cross at the lights and use this very narrow sidewalk to rejoin the pathway north of 32nd. 🙃🙃🙃

Riding across a fenced off Prince's Island and the same at the new Eau Claire Plaza this morning. Both being done for private events (Folk Fest next week and Fiestival Latino this weekend), and it's making me grumpy. Am I becoming radicalized about our public spaces being limited during our summer?

So if the street out front is getting huge pooling puddles and now it smells like rotten eggs it's a bad thing right? Atco called and we'll see what they find... This would be the 4000 block of 12th Street NE.
