âĄď¸ Restoring water service âŞď¸We have reconnected the feeder main to the larger distribution network. âŞď¸This morning, we will begin turning on pumps in three phases at the Bearspaw Treatment Plant to push water through the feeder main. This multi-step process.

Site update. Jan. 14, 10:00 a.m. đ¨On Jan. 13, our water use was 499 ML, putting us in the strained zone. We still need your help to save water. Keep taking action like skipping flushes, washing full loads only and limiting showers to 3 minutes.

Jan. 6, 8:30 a.m. Update Here is the latest update on the critical water main break along 16 Ave. N.W.: đ¨On Jan. 5, our water use reached 514 ML which is 29 ML higher than our sustainable level â where our treatment plants can provide each day while repairs are made.

Update #18 6am Jan 5 Overnight, our water use slipped further into the redzone. Without changes, we'll enter loss-of-life territory, where firefighting and emergency response may be compromised. This is serious. Reducing use now protects lives and keeps essential services running. Please conserve.
