Just did the most pro- American thing I can think of: got my flu and covid vaccines. I don’t want to be sick and I certainly don’t want my community to get sick. Weird that getting a shot feels like an act of rebellion now. If I feel icky later I might even take some Tylenol.

Any ALIENS: MONDO PEST fans out there? This #comic is 30 years old this year. #HerkMondo was a figure in the Dark Horse #comics that seemed to belong more to the video game or action figure corners of the #ALIENS franchise, but this goofy, yet charismatic, mercenary certainly grew on me.

It's impossible to overstate how important BUFFY was to making me who I am. This series and these characters have defined so much of my life & the values I hold close. I remember secretly watching S1 in 9th grade & gradually embracing my role as an obsessive fan & BUFFY converter by the end of S2.
