I pointed out last week that Title IX would be next on their list. The journalist I said it to was very angry at me. It's very predictable after reversing Roe, affirmative action, and allowing race based discrimination against Black voters, plus Thomas's concurrences trying out new arguments.

“Culture of impunity” is right. The demand is to never hold public figures accountable for wrongdoing, not even verbally when they’re already beyond the reach of human accountability and won’t hear the criticisms and jokes. The legacy must be sanitized, or current elites might feel less impunity.
