It seems something is stuck with MTA + DOT + DOF processing MTA Camera violations and getting the data published in open data. What used to be timely data updates has now stalled.

Stating the obvious - a sufficient supply of available housing reduces rents for all - it’s literally removing/reducing a particular situation landlords leverage to increase rent.
