This video camera study showed that less than 5% of people on bikes broke traffic laws while riding bikes, yet 66% of people did so while driving. I joined NY’s Cutest on the Bergen Bike Bus that they ride to school every Wednesday, rain or shine. We’re adding bike boulevards and more pedestrian space on Bergen and Dean Street, from Court Street to East New York Ave. It was a wonderful kind of day.

Don’t consider myself an advocate, urbanist, activist or part of some fringe group. Just a dad that was tired of their kids losing their childhood independence at the hands of a toxic and normalized car culture Quite sad that wanting kids to walk/bike/roll safely to school is considered radical.
