Going into hiding now because I made a post about struggling and am being perceived too much for my overwhelmed autistic self who is in meltdown mode to handle. My ears won’t stop doing loud tinnitus things, and it is too much on top of *everything*.

Another thing healthcare folx need to do better: if I’m talking about how much pain I’m in, I’m not automatically a “druggie” trying to score narcotic pain pills. I’m asking, begging for help to try to figure out new really awful pain. I’m asking for treatment, not dismissal or assumptions.

Trying to hold everything in my household together is killing me. I don’t have the spoons for even a fraction of it. My pain is getting worse, I’m not getting the medical help I need, I’m not getting the support I need, and I shouldn’t be having to try to cope with it all. It’s too much.

I wish healthcare people understood that some of their requirements hurt me too much as a person with allodynia and chronic pain. Blood pressure cuffs are incredibly painful for me. I ask for wrist cuffs, which they never have. Of course my BP spikes? The cuff is fucking hurting me.

Due to previous Switch changes, I had to start over on #ACNH 😭. I miss my island because of how much work I had put into it, but I can still do new, good things. I played intensely to get through 2020, and my island even had a memorial for my Dad (he passed from Covid 7/20). But I can rebuild.

My back pain is not letting up. My ibuprofen and edible refused to kick in enough, so I took Tylenol. I’m hoping sleep will help, but I’m not sure I’m going to get any tonight.

When the world is heavy, everything is harder, especially caring about mundane things like chores. As someone who spent decades in survival mode, I can feel it. I’ve been in it since March 2020, and the intensity is getting worse. I’m just trying to keep going. But I’m so tired and overwhelmed.

The state of my shitty country is overwhelming me with sorrow today, and I feel like I literally cannot do anything. I’m chronically ill and can’t be in sunshine, so I’m stuck in hiding. I want to be out there, but I can’t. Please help stop this fascism for me and mine.
