Whipped together a funky little ultra-budget Helga deck for this weekend. Having Keruga as a companion sets some fun limitations, so I've tried to stuff the deck with high MV cards to trigger Helga that can also be cast lower on the curve. It's a litttttle like Bant Henzie.
