New paper: "Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Probiotics and Gut Dysbiosis in Preterm Infants: The PRIMAL Randomized Clinical Trial" showing that while the probiotics did not reduce the incidence of MDRO+, they modulated their microbiome toward eubiosis. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam... (1/2)
