CIBC was the only one of the Big 5 banks not to mandate its non-frontline employees back to the office 4 days per week before first quarter this past autumn. And many of the staff have been in office only 1-day per week since RTO in 2023. Clearly this is doing CIBC's results great harm. 🙄
