My success in selling non devs to try out Bluesky has always been telling them about feeds and finding one about a hobby I know they have and showing them examples from a feed about it. Works most of the time. The catch22 is I usually also have to help them pin the feed afterwards as well 😅

I think this may shape up pretty well. The first test is using S3, the second is a local directory on the caddy instance. Does add a bit of time to serve a miss, but also kind of get free repo backups as well if you use S3 and quick serves on cached repos saving PDS resources. So worth it?
