I just sent a feedback comment to the bluesky team and i encourage you to do the same. Tell them how awful it is for artists to try and be seen when they're being effectively shadowbanned. Tell them how annoying it is to have to click on fucking everything to be able to read your timeline.

I do not understand why it's not obvious that transphobia is a mechanism for enforcing patriarchy. Trans people are transgressive in the eyes of the patriarchy because they are going against their "biological destiny" and this idea is the basis of all oppression of cis women too.

The accounts most likely to speak out about over moderation are the ones first to experience it — the whistleblowers

honestly what's most frustrating about this moderation change is how annoyingly obvious it is they want to kick all of us degenerates out so they are resorting to sweeping us under the rug instead

To elaborate on WHY Bluesky's auto-moderation stuff is disastrous, it's at least partially done by AI, and it flags ENTIRE ACCOUNTS, rather than posts. Someone once posted a lingerie pic two years ago? Sexual! Vanished unless you un-do the spell. Someone was in a bad mood once? Rude flag engaged.
