I love typing "The End" when I finish a first draft of a MSS because you get about fifteen minutes when you can pretend it's true and not just the start of the real work.

What's a weird note you made in your book research, that when you came back to it, you had absolutely no idea what it meant? I was doing research for my fantasy novel and there's a line in my notes that goes "Mongol Empire = blockchain" That's it. In its entirety.

If you're in book marketing, do NOT do this. Cold contacting an author is one thing. Sharing your entire campaign in your cold email? Why on earth would the author hire you? Here's the campaign I got (and yes, it might be chatgpt generated. It's still a very bad idea)
