3 years ago today, Riot Games offered me a job making more money than I ever thought I’d make in my life. I had 19 interviews over 2.5 months to get it. Partner and I were moving to LA for it. I put in notice at my job and apartment. 2 weeks later they rescinded the offer due to “headcount issues”.

What I find truly incredible is that Cuomo didn't drop out sooner. Cuomo could have been a spoiler candidate that allowed the Republicans a chance. But the Republican was so irrelevant that Mamdani still won over 50%. It didn't even matter that the Democrats were splitting their vote.

I learned about GodotBoy recently. A plugin for Godot that allows it to play Game Boy games. I'm familiar with Godot, so I might check this out.
