Operator's primary skill is the H3-11 OCR Custom pistol. Hold down the trigger to rapidly do a respectable amount of damage; kill shots even ricochet to a nearby enemy. However, wait between shots and it will charge up to a powerful skillshot that will give Railgunner a run for her money.
