Met office observations showing 36 degrees for my neck of the woods today. It has been unbearable. Luckily aircon in my first venue, lunch in care home with aircon (visiting) but afternoon session only fans. Now gently melting at home 😥

I'm taking refuge in my Dad's care home lounge (air conditioned). The downside is 'Loose Women's is on the TV..
