Did another erg class!
Interesting workout of 30 secs on 30 secs off, 7x, going up and then down with ratings from the 26 to a 32. Then a 4 minute break and we did it again, 4 break and we did it again!
I feel like my splits weren’t great, but my coach said, “look at those splits, you’re back!”😊
