It’s about time there was a viable alternative to Rails in the Ruby ecosystem. It’s not healthy for a programming language to be dominated by a single project. All opinions benefit from being challenged.

Really trying to figure out why "soft prompts" aren't used more often with LLMs. For those who aren't familiar, soft prompts are system prompts that have been converted to embedding space and then further optimized.

Seeing this brings me so much joy. You don't even know. @anthropic.com did a great job with Claude for Desktop on the mac. In general they have some amazing people who've thought about making their apps more personable in a non creepy way. I love it.
