Trying to optimize the home page. Which feeds do you recommend?

Having a dynamic illness is so weird because your brain somehow keeps forgetting how sick you can be so you end up completely overestimating yourself, get painfully reminded of your limits, act completely bamboozled as if that has never happened and then repeat the whole thing a few weeks later.

Friendly reminder that it’s okay to tune out from the news right now to prioritize rest, pacing, and overall self-care. Health first 💙
