One of my abusers has a parole hearing tomorrow. Memories are coming flooding back. They asked me if I wanted to be a hearing. I said no cuz I wouldn't have a ride, but they are going to send me a letter letting me know the outcome of the hearing. I feel sick.

Naps are supposed to be self care. Why do I wake up like my brain went twelve rounds with a fluorescent light? 😵‍💫 Nap headaches are real. Oversleeping. Sleep cycle whiplash. Dehydration. Migraine brain being dramatic. Sometimes 20 minutes = refreshed. Sometimes 45 minutes = regret.

I seriously could cry y'all I hate my gyno for not telling me laparoscopic surgery can create need for shunt revision. I'm considering legal options, If I sue, my boyfriend (who workss at the hospital my gyno is) would (more than likely) fired

I feel like I'm probably on my phantom period. I feel like poop. This sucks worse than an actual period in my opinion cuz with a real period I would get a little relief from passing big clots. Now there's relief except tramadol and Benadryl to take the edge of the pain.

Wellbutrin got a nickname of "poor man's heroin" and I know why. I took my first dose this morning and I feel like I'm high as fuck 🫨

You know what's cheaper than therapy?? Admitting you are batshit crazy and running with it.

I told my psychiatrist about my memory problems and he asked if I had a brain scan after surgery. I didn't. The only thing was a cat scan to make the shunt was functional. He said he is going to message my neurologist and get me a scan.

Ever since my hysterectomy I feel like Branch from Trolls. When he lost his grandma and went grey. That is the way I see life. Dull. Gray. Boring. My psychiatrist put me on Wellbutrin. He said it's a pseudo stimulant and it can bring color back into my world.

This is your reminder that your pain is 100% valid. Even if you don't have a diagnosis.
