Labous has raised the minum wage, introduced free breakfast clubs, increased free childcare hours, millions into the NHS and Education and the Employment Rights bill is progressing. In any other time that would ensure them a 2nd term but noises off seem determined to see Farage as PM, why.

Following at least 10 votes last night, the Labour government pushed back on the attempts by the Lords, Tories, Lib Dems & Reform to water down the Employment Rights Bill. Labour stood firm & rejected the amendments that would have weakened bans on exploitative zero hours contracts & day 1 rights.

This was the emotional moment that Prime Minister Keir Starmer welcomed families of those who died in the Hillsborough disaster to 10 Downing Street on the day a law in their name will be introduced to Parliament

Huge admiration and respect for Hillsborough families who fought so long and hard to change the law. And Starmer can be proud, whatever his other problems, that he is the PM delivering the change.
