I still struggle to exercise regularly as a long term result of being sick like that it just pisses me that I want to gain muscle but can’t even workout regularly enough to make that happen because my body can’t tolerate intense exercise

I’ve gained a lot of weight in the last year but I’m not even mad at myself for it like I used to think I’d be if I gained weight again. I was gravely ill in 2023 and 2024 and as a result could barely eat for months because my body was rejecting nutritions and I’m happy I don’t look sick anymore
