I think too many people in the past few years have tried to justify A.I. that they like (eg, when Vtubers use it, when it's used to fool around with scam callers, etc.) It's really not a gray issue. Everyone should have a zero tolerance policy with it. Never encourage them!

Seems like a clear case. They said it wasn't used in development at all, which is the rule for the awards, then admitted they had.
