As somewhat of a nerd-jock hybrid myself, I ADORE this episode of #StarfleetAcademy! Calica feels authentic and looks like so much fun. Love the rivalry, love the sport, love the mascots! Most of all love the way It uses sport to deliver a Trek message of empathy and teamwork. GO LAPS!

Seeing "Kids These Days" immediately open with a sun-drenched, exposition-filled, recruitment walk-and-talk in a green, foreign land gave me all the nostalgic feels. The entire episode just felt bigger and grander than anything Trek has launched with in 10 years. And I love it! #StarfleetAcademy
