I just beat #Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, and that was a helluva game! It's almost shocking how much of a leap it is from the other GBA titles. It's a game that truly steps out from behind Symphony's shadow and carves its own path. One of the best in the franchise, as far as I'm concerned.

I started #Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow last night, and DAMN. You can tell right from the jump that this one's special. The setup is compelling, it's got interesting characters, and the aesthetic is immaculate for the GBA. A perfect mix between Circle of the Moon and Harmony of Dissonance.

Trollhunter. A Norwegian found footage film about just that: a troll hunter. Damn good movie. They talked for years about doing a Hollywood adaptation, and I'm SO glad it never came to be.

...And now I want Rian Johnson to make a Muppet movie. Of course, that would require Disney to actually greenlight another one, and they don't seem to wanna do that. Damn.

I just beat #Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance and had a great time with it! Sure, it borrows a lot structurally from Symphony of the Night, but it has enough unique aspects that make it well worth going through. Also, it's the only Igavania where a Belmont is the main character. Funny, that.

Trump's economy is being held up by a massive AI bubble. A recent study found that of 300 companies that owned generative AI tools, 95% reported zero return on their investments. We will not entertain a bailout of these companies should this bubble pop.

I just beat #NinjaGaiden4, and it was awesome! Fun and engaging combat, sleek visuals & cool music. They don't make 'em like this anymore. It's a smidge bloated in the middle, but only by a mission or two. It's not as good as NG 2 Black, but it's better than NG 3RE. Needs more Ayane. 😄

This is, to this day, my favorite Dragon Ball game. Yeah, the mechanics are limited when compared to something like FighterZ, but it's got just enough to keep it interesting. Combine that with a good cast and that special, Dragon Ball charm, and you've got a winner.
