BREAKING: A federal judge just ordered the release of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father from immigration custody — condemning their removal from Minneapolis as unconstitutional. Judge Fred Biery condemned "the perfidious lust for unbridled power" and "the imposition of cruelty."
