I don't like to talk about stories before they are fully reported, but I am writing on ICE in a Minnesota town that isn't Minneapolis. However bad you think it is, it is worse. It is a campaign of pure terror whose only strategic goal is more terror. There is no strategy other than to break people.

A Mexican immigrant was taken to a hospital after bones in his face & skull were broken while in federal custody. ICE said he tried to flee while handcuffed and “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall," but hospital staffers said that couldn't explain fractures & bleeding throughout his brain.

At the very least, Congress must disarm ICE, prohibit it from using racial or ethnic profiling, end arrest quotas, remove agents’ immunity from criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits, and slash its funding. The Senate has the chance to rein in ICE this week. Keep calling: (202) 224-3121

She’s a liar.and a terrible human.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti was an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. His life, through his profession, was dedicated to serving his community and our country. As so many have now seen on video, his final act before he was killed by federal agents was doing everything in his power to protect his community.

Alex Pretti didn’t even see it coming. He stood up for a woman being attacked by one ICE Boy and within seconds a roving violent gang had him defenseless on the ground and then dead. Justice, or we take it to them.

Not a “paid protester.” Not an Antifa battalion commander. Not “bussed in from out of state.” A registered nurse at the VA who broke no laws and cared about humanity. Murdered by the Trump Administration.

A nurse. A researcher. A helper.

ANOTHER ANGLE. This man was NOT brandishing a firearm. He was holding his phone. He then put his body between ICE thugs and woman. He was then sprayed with a chemical agent, tackled, disarmed, and executed. Plain as day. DO NOT let them tell you otherwise.

Too obvious a point even to make, perhaps. But there was no “unrest” in Minneapolis before ICE and CBP showed up. ICE and CBP are the cause of the chaos…and the killings. Get them out of there.
