After Bovino randomly stopped his convoy to assault a park in Uptown, I remember people on the ground wiping pepper spray out of their faces, someone shouting that there were bullets in the snow, and then the gas clearing and there was Jason Chavez with a big, resolute smile helping people up.

Would've been much more satisfying if Chief O'Hara had come to the City Council prepared to say something like "That's my bad, I'm sorry, I should never have said those things. There was never any chance my officers would intervene to stop lawless rampaging by federal agents."

For most of the history of cars, turning right on red was illegal due to its obvious danger, since drivers looking to their left for oncoming vehicles can't see pedestrians in the crosswalk on their right. It should be again.

Q: Was there a plan to get home after going to the bar? Marco Rubio:That's the plan we're carrying out, but the car just won't go anymore. In some cases, the keys just couldn't be found, or they were dropped underneath the car.In other cases the car wouldn't stay straight and we're stuck in the ditch

This is a very important point. The vaccines do reduce transmission. That bears out in the data. And itâs important to say it bc right-wing operatives like NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya use the lie that they donât reduce transmission to support their pro-infection/herd immunity advocacy.

90% of evictions in MN are for nonpayment of rent. I did a sample a week ago and found the avg nonpayment eviction in Hennepin County would take $5,122 to stop. Studies (before the high inflation of the past few years) suggest stopping an eviction saves $6,832 in public costs. It just makes sense
