This is almost certainly fake. A LOT of things don't line up with reality. The front of an airplane cabin doesn't look like that. There would be a lav at the front left and the flight deck door would not be flush with the galley. Also, that FA uniform is fake and the cabin is only 6-8 rows.

"...because the FAA lacks leadership consistency.." That's one of the biggest problems with all of the FAA. In my 26 years as an inspector, I had to deal with new "safety" programs every time "leadership" changed. They never actually fixed anything.
