Russian spysat Kosmos-2558 was launched in 2022 and cataloged as 2022-089A. In 2025 a new object 2022-089C was ejected from it. Since then object A has decayed and C makes similar orbit boosts to the ones A used to do. I suspect A is now an ejected component of some kind and C is the payload.
