I have a sneaking and growing suspicion that Fritz has outgrown the shoes we bought for him three weeks ago. Toddlers, amirite?! 💸💸💸

Ran a 10k today. Beat my spring race time by 90s, despite terrible conditions to race in. My gut behaved, I fueled smartly, and just really tuned in to my body. The 10k isn’t my favorite distance (I prefer 10 miles or more), but I’d love to get good enough at them to run a sub-60 sometime.
