Today I realized that pie crust can’t be too moist. The crust must not be too dry or it crumbles like those Nature Valley granola bars. It cant be absorbing too much moistness from the pie filling. It must feel and taste like baked pastry. Too much moist and you can’t really taste the crust.

Well, the list of books being banned from EPSB is appalling. And it's very likely that an author on this list will get their other works pulled too, especially in the absence of teacher librarians. There are books on this list that changed my life. This is what the UCP is taking away from kids.

I have a love hate relationship with AI. I hate that AI has replaced live chat support for many businesses. I use Telus as a service provider for my cell phone. I used to be able to talk to a live HUMAN agent. And a HUMAN BEING would solve my issues with billing. Now it's an AI idibot.
