3) You'll restart into a blue screen with a list of options. Choose "Enable Safe Mode with Networking." It should be option 5. 4) If you want to be on the safe side, take this moment to make copies of your data and back up important files. 5) Restart. My computer booted normally again.

1) Restart, wait for Windows to start loading and the white circle to spin. Hold the power button until the machine shuts off. Do this twice. 2) When you're in the Windows Recovery Environment again, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. The machine will reboot.

Hopefully after that, you can boot back into Windows. I wasn't that lucky, but what seemed to get it to work again was booting into Safe Mode after uninstalling the update. Then it booted normally again. To get into Safe Mode if you can't boot:

2) Once it boots into the blue Windows Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Uninstall Updates. 3) Choose "Uninstall latest quality update"

If you're on Windows 11 24H2 or 25H2 and your system is randomly rebooting or (even worse) you're getting a black screen then reboot when trying to start Windows, here's a solution that worked for me: 1) Start the machine, then hold the power button to turn it off during the boot. Do this twice.
