Idk if it’s actually a thing but an affectionate term I use or have heard used for wargame miniature painters is “brush-licker.”

A good thing to remember when you contemplate unleashing chaos as your default plan for fixing things is that chaos only benefits those who are already in a position to leverage that chaos to their advantage. That is very much not the average person.

The first miniature I primed five years ago was a sludgy mess. Compare with yesterday’s librarian. Progress isn’t linear, but it’s nice when it shows itself in results.
