Considering how fast you unlock things I don’t think they had much confidence in the game, especially with Lyn and Dimitri being the only non original characters in the game. The game is too short to really do anything and 3 people per match total kinda makes it just a 50/50 guess at worst.

So Fire Emblem Shadows is like... fine? The biggest issue is that the social deduction element is just kinda there, and it ends up being a 50/50 after round one in most instances regardless of how you play. I think the idea is solid in concept and the gameplay itself is alright. It is just messy.
