My hot take is that Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is a solid game, but not even in the top 3 of Assassin's Creed games. Maybe not even in the top 5. I'd easily take 2, Brotherhood, Syndicate, and Odyssey over it. However, it has an incredible foundation, and a remake could skyrocket its placement.
