It's probably not the Kremlin - more likely Kushner. David Lawler of Axios swears Dmitriev was not the source, that it came from an American. And the outreach must have been to Barak Ravid, who wrote a solo-byline article. Ravid would know Kushner well - he wrote a whole book on the Abraham Accords.

The Trump admin submitted a sworn declaration under oath that Costa Rica had changed its mind and would no longer take Mr. Abrego. Costa Rica has now said publicly that that this is false, that they have not changed their position at all, and that they will still take him.

I think what I'm beginning to realize is that it's not so much that I hate math as that I hate mathematicians. Single letter variable names, untyped notation, syntax based mostly on whoever defined the operations first, culture of "fuck you read the manual/prove it yourself". Status driven shitshow.
