There is just no metric (stylistically/aesthetically/mathematically/vibes) by which the same group of 10-20 mostly-white-guys, or the next crop of the same behind them, are the best/all that the comics medium has to offer. But the big 2 keep pushing them on us, giving them the highest profile work

I just feel like the only way to stop serial predators in the comics space is to take away their power. The persistent culture of silence that makes so many creators afraid to speak out against these men needs to be broken. No one should fear retaliation for speaking against abusers and rapists.
