ICE's decision to just leave cars abandoned in the roads is one of those dystopian things that makes you recoil in shock when you encounter it.

We’re just not a free country. Any American watching this play out between regime forces and journalists overseas would recognize it for what it is.

when they say that everyone should have a right to carry a weapon in public they mean only loyal Republicans have a right to carry a weapon in public. if you don't agree them politically and you carry a weapon then that's justification for them to shoot you dead.

Nasra Ahmed, a 23-year-old US citizen, was arrested and detained by ICE. She was held for TWO DAYS. ICE agents handcuffed her, called her a racial slur, and she was knocked to the ground so hard she got a concussion. This cannot continue happening. ICE needs to leave.

DHS employees entered our store this afternoon and served us a Notice of Inspection, demanding copies of I9 forms for each employee. In 27 years as shopkeepers, we have never been subjected to this type of investigation.

We evacuated our kids out of Minneapolis this weekend and my spouse reports that as she drove them out of town she saw "multiple freeway exits where people are being pulled over." It feels like the Twin Cities is being subjugated by a hostile occupying force.
