This is a blatant violation of 1st Amendment rights. Gooding v. Wilson 1972 and Lewis v. City of New Orleans 1974 established that criticizing law enforcement is protected free speech. This woman posed no threat to the agent, aside from a bruised ego. If he canât handle that he canât do the job.
