Today I got an email from an *actual* book club (not AI) that's *actually* reading my book, and not trying to fleece me for some kind of participation fee. It's a U. Michigan alumni group in Ohio that reads books by U of M grads. Given the deluge of AI slop/scams, this feels like a minor miracle.
