Creating safety inside our head & heart isn't some touchy feely bullsh*t I write to get internet clicks. Internal safety is a prerequisite to realistic learning & nervous system change. Scared, shamed, & hurting brains & bodies aren't receptive to new patterns or habits.

1/ Cities need trees to cool the streets. 2/ Farms need trees to hold the soil and the rain. 3/ The planet needs forests to stabilize the climate. This isn't charity, it's survival infrastructure. Make it mandatory worldwide. RT if you agree.
