We took another Ghost Tour of the USS Yorktown last night !!!!! I love being on the ship at night with very few people. So much history tied to it…..and a lot of spooky coincidences !!!!!!!!

You can almost feel the hopes and dreams of all who crossed it in search of a better future !!!!!!!!

Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers out there !!!!!!!!! I always take my wife out on Saturday to celebrate; no crowds (she wouldn’t enjoy it in a crowded setting). I took her to New Harmony IN today. (It’s a unique town) The weather was perfect so we ate outside. She enjoyed her day 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Yesterday’s adventure took us to Clifty Falls State Park near Madison Indiana ! As usual we took off walking without reading anything 😂 At an hour before sundown; we were at the bottom of a 300 ft canyon 3 miles from the truck 😂 not sure if we underestimate places; or overestimate our abilities 😂😂

Today we found my favorite hiking trails I’ve been on in Kentucky. I’m embarrassed to say; it’s 15 miles from our house !!!!!! In my defense; it’s only been open to the public a few years !!! Dana made it up the stairs; but passed on the ladder parts of the climb 😂😂😂 She says I’m a 60 y/o goat 😂😂
