My husband got a random text with links and like an idiot he opened them but they turned out to be two tickets to Twenty Sided Tavern this month! We entered a raffle at our local game store last month so we assume that's where they came from but it would have been nice if we had gotten an email 😅

Last night I gave Jared a presentation on all the issues I had with my new game (many mostly down to UI design) to get it out of my system. Unfortunately it's still in my system and I want to rant more.

Today I went to Yonder Coffee in Northridge! I got yummy baked goods and tea for under $10! And there was a lovely area to sit and do work which my local Starbucks no longer has.

Today's reminder that good people Don't. Break. Picket. Lines. There's no coffee you need so badly that you can't support a union! Support your local coffee shop instead!

Also worth noting that if you have kids that adds to the expenses of all the things where price has gone up. I love my kids but all my friends my age who don't have kids have gotten to travel and do fun shit when they have a little extra cash. I don't blame people for choosing not to have kids.
