Forgot to make day 4 opps Went to planet fitness as my trying out local gyms challenge Have mixed opinions on PF some nice things for sure like all machines are nice but there isn't many free weights or enough machines if it was a busy hour But I get why people go there

Day 3 | back day Lifting discipline on back is way harder than I remember Also Saw a guy, I haven't seen in 4 years and that was neat I think he's used to be like 5'2 but he's jacked and 6'2 so that's kinda funny Not bad for a post 10 hour shift workout though
